Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for the efficient and orderly management of Band finances, under the direction of the Band Manager. This includes processing invoices and purchase orders, the Band payroll, the employee benefit plan and other related financial matters. The Department produces quarterly financial reports and monitors expenditures to ensure they are properly coded and within budget. The Finance Manager is also responsible for petty cash and revenues received from the purchase of tobacco products. When the Band Manager is absent, the Finance Manager assumes responsibility as Acting Band Manager.
